The setup process installs a game browser into a folder on the users hard drive, by default this is named c:/GalaxyAA, and the browser either runs the games from the CD in a separate window or installs them onto the hard drive (the ones that need installing are marked with a '**'). Though many of the games come from one developer, Ultisoft, they are stand-alone games which means the credits won in one game are not transferred to another.

The compilation presents differently depending on the operating system, the game browser offers all games when run in a Windows environment but under Win 3.x fewer games are offered.
